There is enclosed parking for the guest’s cars in a courtyard and they all have their own keys to the gate.

• Rates quoted are per person sharing or single occupancy.
• Children over 12 pay the full adult rate.
• A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of reservation.
• Rates may change without prior notification.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

• Less than 7 days: – Forfeit the full deposit
• From 8 to 14 days: – Forfeit 75% of the deposit
• From 15 to 21 days: – Forfeit 50% of the deposit
• From 22 to 28 days: – Forfeit 25% of the deposit

Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges
